How do over-the-air (OTA) updates work?

Your Ceerion vehicle automatically downloads software updates when connected to cellular or WiFi networks. Updates include performance improvements, new features, and bug fixes. You can schedule installation times that work for you, and updates typically take 15-30 minutes while the vehicle is parked and plugged in.

Can I track my vehicle's location and health?

Where can I charge my Ceerion vehicle?

Ceerion vehicles can charge from standard electrical outlets (Level 1), dedicated charging stations (Level 2), or our fast-charging network (DC fast charging). We're partnering with solar energy providers to deploy charging infrastructure across major transport corridors in Africa.

How long does charging take?

Charging time varies by vehicle and charging method. As examples: the Riida two-wheeler charges fully in 3-4 hours on standard outlet, 1-2 hours on Level 2. Larger vehicles like the Terrahaul take 6-8 hours on Level 2 or 45-90 minutes on DC fast charging to reach 80% capacity.

What is the range on a full charge?

Range varies by model and conditions. Our compact two-wheelers (Riida, Triida X) offer 70-120km per charge, while larger vehicles like the Nomad and Space provide 150-250km. Heavy-duty models (Terrahaul) offer 200-300km depending on payload. Range is affected by terrain, speed, climate, and load.

How does extreme heat affect battery performance?

Ceerion batteries use advanced thermal management systems designed for high-temperature environments. While extreme heat can reduce range by 10-15%, our cooling systems maintain optimal battery temperature during operation and charging.
