• Vehicle reservations require a fully refundable deposit
• Reservations do not guarantee a specific delivery date
• Final vehicle specifications may vary from initial descriptions
• Pricing is subject to change before final order confirmation
• We reserve the right to modify reservation terms

Deposits and Payments

• Reservation deposits are fully refundable until vehicle production begins
• Refund requests must be submitted through our customer service team
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days
• Final payment terms will be provided before vehicle delivery

Delivery and Title Transfer

• Vehicle delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays
• Title transfer occurs upon final payment and delivery completion
• You are responsible for vehicle registration and licensing in your jurisdiction
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery acceptance
